Project Description
The 9 132 m2 Waterfall Corner retail centre project is envisaged as a prime neighbourhood retail centre, servicing the fast-growing, upper-income residential communities and commercial developments in the greater Woodmead area.
The project will be located on the corner of Maxwell and Woodmead drives in Sunninghill, Gauteng.
Checkers, Woolworths and Clicks have signed ten-year leases as key anchor tenants for the retail centre.
Value
Nedbank Corporate Property Finance has concluded a R144-million loan agreement with Atterbury for the development of the centre.
Duration
The centre is scheduled for completion in March 2014.
