The disciplinary hearing of telecommunications giant Telkom’s suspended CFO Jacques Schindehütte was set to resume next Wednesday.

Telkom said it hoped the hearing would result in a definitive resolution on the matter of Schindehütte’s personal conduct after a long adjournment.

The disciplinary process kicked of in January following an independent investigation into “certain allegations” that had emerged late last year.

The company said in a statement that it would not comment further on the details of the confidential disciplinary hearing and the outcome would follow the prescribed board processes, before being communicated publicly.
