The Inclusive Society Institute, an independent public policy organisation that promotes and supports multiparty democracy, invites you to participate in a survey on its proposals for a new electoral model for South Africa.

A new electoral system needs to be developed to give effect to the Constitutional Court’s ruling that declared the current Electoral Act unconstitutional. In terms of that ruling, Parliament is required to design a new system that will allow independent candidates to stand for public office in national and provincial elections.
