Project Description
The project involves the construction of a new bridge over the Fraser river, as well as road and pedestrian connections around the bridgeheads to ensure the flow of traffic between New Westminster and Surrey. The new bridge will comprise four lanes for cars and commercial vehicles, separated by a central reservation.
Once the new bridge is open, the existing bridge will be removed.
