Project Description
Nhon Trach 3&4 involves the construction of a combined-cycle gas-fired power plant.

This project will contribute to the implementation of Vietnam’s announced commitment to achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 by supporting the rapid expansion of renewable energy through its dispatchable power profile.

The power plant is expected to deliver more than 1.6 GW of electricity, and it will be the first power plant fuelled by liquefied natural gas in the country.

The project will include a gas turbine, a steam turbine, a generator, a once-through heat recovery steam generator and a control system.
