Project Description
The 150-key room hotel and 1 000-seater capacity conference centre will have all the facilities that travel and leisure tourists expect from a modern high-end development.
The hotel will include standard rooms and suites, a conference facility, a spa, gym facilities, a fully licensed restaurant and a bar.
Potential Job Creation
Once the development is complete, it is estimated that a minimum of 200 full-time operational jobs will be created, with the majority of employment opportunities going to the residents of the Steve Tshwete local municipality.
Capital Expenditure
R350-million.
The total capital expenditure will be funded through a combination of debt (20%) and equity (80%).
Planned Start/End Date
Construction is scheduled to start in March 2021.
