Project Description
The Forrest Hill development will combine office, retail and residential space. It will comprise two hotels, a 23 000 m2 value centre, about 22 000 m2 of office space, 8 000 m2 of motor show rooms and 1 450 lifestyle residences.

The first phase of the planned 110 000 m2 retail development involves the construction of the 72 000 m2 Forrest Hill mall, which will include four split-level parking areas with 600 bays on each level and an additional 1 920 external parking bays providing access to Woolworths, Clicks and the food and entertainment node.

The mall has also secured tenant commitments from Checkers Hyper, House & Home, Truworths, Edgars, Ster Kinekor, Foschini Group, Pick n Pay and Mr Price Group.

R1.6-billion.

Duration
The opening of the mall is slated for April 2014.
