Project Description
The project entails the construction of a 1 440 MW combined-cycle power plant.
It will comprise two 720 MW natural gas-fired combined-cycle blocks, with distillate as backup fuel.
Each block will consist of a gas turbine, triple-pressure reheat once-through-type heat recovery steam generator and steam turbine in single shaft configuration.
The project will also include a new 275/132 kV air-insulated substation and new 132 kV gas-insulated substation.
