The contract entails revamping an existing calcium ammonium nitrate plant.
The scope of work includes engineering, procurement, supervision and commissioning services to achieve the plant’s capacity performance of 2 000 t/d for calcium ammonium nitrate and 1 550 t/d for stabilised ammonium nitrate.
The services also incorporate the review and improvement of processes and operations, including engineering of processes, equipment, control and automation.
After the revamp, the plant is expected to reach design production capacity estimated at 600 000 t/y of granular calcium ammonium nitrate.
