Global leader in innovative safety footwear, Rock Fall Ltd, launches arange of footwear designed specifically for women’s feet, with a style to suit all industries and hazardous working environments.
Rock Fall has researched and designed advanced safety footwear shaped specifically to female feet and in female sizes, thus providing better fit, comfort and ultimately, optimal safety to women wearers. Working closely with major distributors from the safety supplies industry, Rock Fall has ensured that the Vixen range of footwear is correct for today’s marketplace. Having made its name through a number of ‘firsts’ in the safety footwear industry, including the world’s first boot to feature a composite internal metatarsal protector exceeding European S3 safety standards and the Alaska cold working boot, which protects feet from cold as low as -40 degrees centigrade, the company’s innovative approach has resulted in the marriage of ground-breaking, unparalleled safety features, comfort and appealing, aesthetic design. The new Vixen range of safety footwear is no exception.
The industry’s first specialist range of women’s safety footwear all have toecap and midsole protection to the EN ISO 20345:2011 standard providing total confidence for the wearer. Using materials such as full grain leather, nubuck, and suede, they are lined with breathable moisture wicking fabrics, featuring a shock absorbing anti-fatigue foot-bed for comfort. The range features a style to suit all industries: incorporating a trainer specifically for the electronics industry, a boot for working within the rail and construction industries. A contemporary product is the ladies safety ballet pump, ideal for supermarket and office workers.
The footwear styles are all named after jewels and this new range comprising of lace-up shoes, wedged court shoes, a modern style safety pump, lightweight, flexible boots and trainers really are the jewel in Rock Fall’s crown.
Rock Fall Ltd Sales Director, Richard Noon, describes how his company came about launching the world’s first specialist range of women’s safety footwear: “Women are entering manufacturing, construction, engineering and other professions operating in hazardous environments at a higher rate than ever before and working closely with our clients we strive to ensure all our footwear is fit for purpose”. Mr Noon added: “Until now, women have had to wear boots in the nearest male size to their own. By launching the Vixen range, women can now wear safety footwear that complements the shape of their feet and in their own size. Wearing better fitting footwear ultimately means more comfort and most importantly, improved safety”.
Rockfall is giving publications the opportunity to receive a free pair of either the VX950C Honey Onyx nubuck safety boot, or the VX700 Pearl navy suede trainer as part of a review, competition or giveaway. Please get in touch with the press contact in the footer of this release to arrange.
