A range of specialist vices is on offer for woodworkers, industry, the trade and do-it-yourself enthusiasts.

The range includes the following models:

  • Light-duty clamp-on vice features plated-steel double guide bars and it mounts on edges up to 5.08 cm thick and is portable and lightweight.
  • Light-duty bench vice with swivel base features a square four-hole swivel base, steel jaw faces, ground and polished anvils, permanent pipe jaws, forming horns and a minimum 180° swivel angle.
  • Woodworker’s vice is designed for light-duty tasks and includes an acme-threaded main screw and plated-steel twin guide bars and countersunk holes in the jaws for wood-facing attachments.
  • Standard woodworker’s vice is suited to light- and medium-duty applications and features double guide bars, continuous screw action, a solid steel dog and countersunk jaw holes for wood-facing attachments.
  • Workshop bench vice is designed for heavy-duty tasks and features a swivel base with a lock-down nut, replaceable hardened-steel serrated jaw faces, a large ground and polished anvil, permanent pipe jaws and large forming horns.
  • Multipurpose vice includes ductile iron castings and bright-plated steel hardware to improve durability and jaws with countersunk holes that are able to rotate and swivel a full 360°.
  • Drill press vice has a 100 mm opening capacity to allow for clamping for a wide range of projects and the slots along each side allow it to be mounted to a drill press.
  • Quick-release vice is designed for heavy-duty applications. Its 360° swivel base and dual locks combine with a patented quick-release mechanism to allow for adjustments without the handle needing to be screwed in or out.
  • Professional rapid-acting woodworker’s vice includes a specially cut acme-threaded main screw, cold-drawn steel twin guide bars and steel handles. A standard quick-action release allows for fast opening and closing and a solid-steel dog in the front jaw is able to hold oversized workpieces. The machined, toed-in jaws provide a solid grip and countersunk jaw holes allow for optional wood facings. It also includes an extra nut that allows for conversion to a continuous-acting vice.
  • Bench dogs allows the user to hold or secure workpieces on a bench top, when used with a woodworker’s vice front jaw steel dog. It fits into a 19 mm benchtop hole.

The full Pony Jorgensen range of vice models is distributed by Vermont Sales and is available at specialist stores countrywide.
