The project involves the construction of a natural GTCC power generation plant, with collective power generation capacity of 2 600 MW.
The large-scale plant will comprise three islands of GTCC power generation systems. Each island will consist of two gas turbines, one steam turbine, a heat recovery generator and three generators.

Latest Developments
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), together with CTCI Corporation, has been awarded a full turnkey order to build the GTCC power plant.
The plant will feature MHI’s most advanced M501J gas turbines.
MHI will be responsible for the manufacture and supply of the gas and steam turbines, while CTCI will handle construction and installation at the plant site and the engineering, procurement and construction work for the balance of plant.
