JSE-listed Tiger Brands envisages the appointment process of its new CEO to be completed by the end of March.

On Monday, the company said its chairperson had confirmed “good progress” with regard to the search for its new CEO.

The fast-moving consumer packaged goods company advised shareholders in September last year that CEO Peter Matlare would step down from his position on December 31.

In the meantime, as announced previously, Noel Doyle had started his duties as acting CEO as of January 1.
