The project entails the construction of 6 000 m2 of office space for about 120 advocates in The Club – a new, modern urban precinct with a live-work-play lifestyle.
The Club precinct is already home to 14 400 m2 of retail, restaurant and office space in Club Retail and Club One.
The 5 200 m2 Club Two is also under development and will house a Planet Fitness gym and offices.
The Club Advocates’ Chambers will be located in Club Three. In addition, the demand-driven development of the 10 000 m2 Club Three will include a medical clinic of about 4 000 m2.
