The project will comprise the development of a lifestyle estate featuring one bedroom, one bathroom units; two bedroom, two bathroom units; and three bedroom, two bathroom units.
The development will include a fully equipped gym, a squash court, restaurant, a concierge, a laundromat, cinema and function rooms, as well as state-of-the-art security.
The project will feature the first Crystal Lagoon amenity, which will bring beach life to Gauteng.
At 1.5 ha, the Crystal Lagoon will be a key selling point of Balwin Properties residential development.
The lagoon will feature beaches, a pedestrian promenade and exclusive clubhouses for estate residents.
The Crystal Lagoon project is the first of at least six lagoons affiliated to the Balwin brand.
A Crystal Lagoon can be filled with fresh, brackish and even saltwater, and uses 2% of the energy of standard pool filtration technologies.
