Sungrow exhibits its innovative offering at Solar & Storage Live Africa

Speaking at the Solar & Storage Live Africa 2026 exhibition, Sungrow sub-Saharan Africa president Nigel Sun highlights increased interest in the company's microgrid solutions, particularly in sectors such as mining, where a stable, continuous power supply is critical.

Sungrow Southern Africa is the regional office of Sungrow Power Supply, supporting the delivery of advanced solar and energy storage solutions across the Southern African market.

Part of a global renewable-energy technology company founded in 1997 by Professor Cao Renxian, Sungrow showcased its continuous innovation in PV inverter and energy storage technology at Solar & Storage Live Africa 2026, hosted at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand.

In the region, Sungrow provides solutions across residential, commercial and industrial, and utility-scale applications, supported by dedicated sales offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town, a Sungrow service centre with unmatched turnaround times in Midrand, and in-country representatives across additional African markets.
