Project Description
The 50 000 m2 Shanghai Foxconn Plaza will be the headquarters of Hong Tai Technology Group. It will comprise 21 storeys, four annexures and a 32 000 m2 basement with four floors.
There will also be parking for 500 vehicles.
The plaza is aiming for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design platinum and national two-star green building certificates. The design includes sustainable features such as a double curtain wall façade, rainwater harvesting, light-emitting-diode lighting, solar panels and geothermal heat exchange.

£88.5-million.
Duration
The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2017.
