JSE-listed Sephaku founding member Christiaan Rudolph de Bruin has resigned as a nonexecutive director and a member of the company’s remuneration and nomination committee, effective April 21.

De Bruin, along with CEO Dr Lelau Mohuba and David Twist, founded the group in 2005.

“He has played an anchor role in all the milestones of our long journey. During all these years he demonstrated extreme business acumen and resilience,” Mohuba said.

Chairperson Brent Williams added that the company “wished him the very best in every step of his new journey".
