Project Description
The project involves the construction of two wind power projects with a combined capacity of 300 MW.
The Sarco wind farm project, located in the Atacama region of northern Chile, will have a rated capacity of 170 MW and supply more than 110 000 households with electricity.
The Aurora wind farm project, located in the Los Lagos region, in southern Chile, will have a rated output of 129 MW and supply more than 86 000 households a year with electricity.

Senvion has concluded a contract with Mainstream Renewable Power for the supply and installation of 93 turbines for two wind farm projects.
For the Sarco project, Senvion will supply 50 Senvion 3.4M114 turbines, with a hub height of 93 m.
Senvion will supply 43 Senvion 3.0M122 turbines, with a hub height of 119 m.
