Project Description
The project entails the construction of a new 10 300 m² care facility, which will contain 100 accommodation units and common func­tions such as living rooms, kitchens, activity rooms and a doctor’s office.

The project comprises four buildings, which will be between three and four storeys high and built around a common core. One of the wings will have a roof terrace.

The buildings will be equipped with a large solar cell plant on the roof and erected with extensive use of solid wood.
