Rolfes appoints COO, CFO

Diversified chemicals manufacturer Rolfes on Monday announced the appointment of a new CFO and COO, as well as two new nonexecutive directors.

Andre Hanekom has been appointed executive director and CFO having served as CFO designate since February 4.

Hanekom, who previously specialised in corporate tax and assisted in establishing the transfer pricing division at BDO and tax consultancy at Scaw Metals, had served as group FD at Plumblink and FD at the inland and specialist services food catering divisions at Tsebo.

Rolfes FD Lizette Lynch has been appointed COO and company secretary.

Meanwhile, Dinga Mncube and Moffat Dyasi were appointed independent nonexecutive directors.

The appointments followed the resignations of director Lungisa Dyosi and company secretary Johan Schlebusch.
