The project will result in the development of a resort on a 430 000 m2 artificial island, called Al-Marjan, at the city of Ras Al-Khaimah and Real Madrid Football Club. The resort will house a theme park, the first stadium that will face the sea and seat 10 000 people, numerous sports facilities, a marina, a residential area and luxury hotels.
