PwC South Africa has entered into a joint business relationship with Google to bring innovative solutions to companies across Africa through PwC’s Africa Network.

In a statement released this month, PwC said the rapid pace of innovation in technology had fundamentally changed how and where work is done, driving organisations to transform their businesses for the future.

“Together, PwC and Google aim to help that digital transformation happen,” noted PwC Africa strategic digital transformation leader Liesbeth Botha.

Google will provide companies with innovation and technology platforms, while PwC will contribute industry experience and a broad range of business services and client insights from strategy through to execution.

Together, the parties will help companies succeed by leveraging PwC’s business insights along with Google Apps for Work and its Google Cloud Platform.

In doing so, PwC and Google will guide companies seeking to break new ground in their businesses — not only to compete with new entrants and adapt to disruptive market forces, but also to lead the innovation themselves.
