Aim-listed Premier African Minerals has reached an agreement with financial company Regent Mercantile to extend the repayment terms of Premier’s convertible loan note for $350 000, entered into by the companies on June 21.

Premier CEO George Roach on Wednesday said the loan agreement was always concluded on “helpful and supportive” terms.

Premier now has until January 31, 2020, to repay the principal amount including any interest under the loan agreement.

Under the terms of the loan agreement and the related subscriptions agreement subscribed with Regent, Premier had been required to make two equal payments on August 1 and September 1.
