ASX-listed gold producers Predictive Discovery and Robex Resources have published a detailed merger implementation timetable following confirmation earlier in the week that their merger will be effective from April 15.

The companies announced on April 8 that all conditions precedent were satisfied or waived in respect of the merger, paving the way for the unconditional transaction.

By April 10, Robex confirmed that its shares will delist from the TSX-V by April 16, while Predictive’s shares as the combined entity will start trading on the TSX by April 17. Predictive will also continue trading on the ASX.

Each Robex share will be exchanged for 7.862 PDI shares.
