PPC expects 30% to 40% higher H1 HEPS, EPS

South African cement producer PPC on Friday announced that it expected its earnings and headline earnings a share for the six months ended March 31 to be between 30% and 40% higher than that of the prior corresponding period.

The expected increases were mostly owing to nonrecurring items.

PPC would release its interim results for the six-month period on May 20.
