The project involves the construction and operation of a greenfield port terminal for offshore oil services within the South port terminal at Port Açu, in São João da Barra, on the northern coast of Rio de Janeiro.
The terminal will include an estimated 990 m berth, with nine boat slips and one heavy-lift gantry crane slip. The terminal will use up to 574 200 m2 for the berth and slips.
