March, 2016. The new AC10 drive from Parker is now available ex-stock in South Africa at Parker Drive Distributor EP Normand. It is available in a IP20 panel mount and IP66 plant floor versions. The sizes available are from 0.2-180kW. This product, in line with Parker quality, has been engineered and built to deliver consistently outstanding levels of performance.

The compact AC10 does simple V/Hz control as well as enhanced auto-tuning sensor less vector control and is able to drive PMAC motors. Even though the AC10 is very simple to operate, there are training courses available on the product line at EP Normand in Wadeville, Germiston.

• Modbus/RS485 communication is standard. 
• Conformal coated to arduous class C3C environments.
• Standard assignable analogue and digital I/O is standard on the drive.
