The project involves the greenfield development of the first internationally branded five-star hotel in Guinea, on 45 000 m2 of land.
The hotel will comprise a 12-floor building, which will permit sea views from all the rooms, 185 guest rooms, 85 twin suites, 20 executive suites, 11 junior suites and one royal suite; four restaurants, six meeting rooms and one ballroom; and shops, a pool, a spa/fitness centre, a children’s play area, two bars and public terraces.
