Project Description
The project encompasses the construction of an 8 000 km, 3 000 MW to 17 000 MW capacity transmission line from Egypt through Sudan, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe to South Africa, connecting the EAPP and the SAPP.

The project is expected to cost an estimated $6-billion to implement.
