JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – Gold miner Nord Gold on Tuesday confirmed market speculation that it is considering a possible delisting from the LSE.

The company, which operates four mines in Russia, four mines in Africa and one in Kazakhstan, said its board continued to consider options to maximise shareholder value, including the possible LSE listing.

It stressed, however, that no final decisions had been made and that there was no certainty that the company would delist.
