Converged communications network operator Neotel has expanded the range of voice packages available to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to curb their communication costs.

NeoVoice Ultimate, first launched in 2009 for larger companies, was now available in three variants, namely Ultimate 19k for large groups, Ultimate12k for medium-sized companies, and Ultimate 6k designed for small offices.

“Due to tough economic conditions, both small and large enterprises were looking to fix their monthly bills and could no longer bear costly line rental and once-off connection fees that were charged for gaining access to voice services before even making the first call,” explained Neotel business solutions and excellence chief Abid Qadiri.

The NeoVoice Ultimate packages aimed to narrow an identified gap in the SME market, with customers able to “choose their level of exposure” and control their communications costs on the back of a package that suited their needs and budgets.
