Name and Location
Mt Mulgine tungsten project, Australia.

Client
Hazelwood Resources.

Project Description
The Mulgine Hill deposit contains a Joint Ore Reserves Committee-compliant mineral resource of 2.52-million tonnes, grading 0.34% tungsten.

The Mt Mulgine project proposes the establishment of a 330 000 t/y concentrator. The concentrator – as proposed in the prefeasibility engineering study – would, conceptually, provide about one-third of the required yearly feedstock based on 2015 ferrotungsten production projections.

The concentrator consists of a crushing and milling circuit, tungsten gravity separation and sulphide flotation, with projected output estimated at 90 000 t of tungsten concentrate at the assumed mill feed grade of about 700 t/y of contained tungsten.

Value
The estimated capital required for the concentrator is A$31.5-million.

Duration
Not stated.

Latest Developments
The mine design and ore reserve will be defined during a full feasibility study.

Key Contracts and Suppliers
None stated.

On Budget and on Time?
Not stated.
