Project Description
The project involves the construction of a greenfield modern dry-process cement plant, with a production capacity of 3 000 t/d of clinker and one-million tons a year of cement, by developing the Senjit Khudag limestone deposit in OrgunSoum, Dornogobi province.

Value
A deal to lend Senj Sant $65-million, following an earlier $20-million equity investment for a stake in Senj Sant in May 2013, was signed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Senj Sant first VP Phil Bennett in July this year.

Duration
The start of production is planned for 2015.
