Mitsubishi Corporation and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) have signed an agreement with the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago and Massy Holdings for the construction of the plant and have concluded contracts for engineering, procurement and construction, as well as gas supply and relevant land leases.
