Major retailers that have signed up as tenants in the mall include Woolworths, Pick n Pay, Checkers, Edgars and Foschini.

The Matlosana Mall’s value on completion is estimated at R1.1-billion.

Construction started in April 2013 and the mall’s doors are expected to open in November.
