Manufactured with a high quality polyvinyl chloride inner liner and outer cover, and added longitudinal reinforcement for extra durability, MEGAFLEX Dragline bears a tell-tale registered stripe that is exclusive to the MEGAFLEX brand. This stripe represents the benchmark of quality hoses, and has been designed in a manner which does not allow the printing to weaken the hose construction. This level of quality is especially critical for conveying irrigation water in agricultural applications to reduce water loss. The agriculture industry accounts for approximately 63% of South Africa’s available fresh water, of which a significant portion is lost year-on-year due to hose and pipe leakages. MEGAFLEX Dragline has been specifically designed to counter water loss issues in the irrigation industry, providing advantages that contribute to a longer service life, including abrasion and cut resistance, increased flexibility, UV stabilisation, recyclability and service temperatures that range from 10° to 60° for a variety of application conditions.  The fluted outer surface also allows for reduced drag resistance and longitudinal reinforcing ensures minimal stretching over time.
