Project Description
This 165 000 m2 shopping centre will be one of the biggest shopping centres in North Africa.

The development will house a total of 350 stores; VOX Cinemas, with a total of 21 theatres, comprising one 4DX screen, four gold screens, one IMAX screen, two screens for children and 13 regular screens; a Little Explorers franchise; a Magic Planet indoor amusement park; an outdoor plaza; a dining facility; and the Ski Egypt indoor skiing facility.

The shopping centre will target customers in the residential areas of Cairo’s growing suburbs, as well as potential tourists.
