Project Description
The project involves the Phase 2 expansion of the Mall of Arabia from a current gross lettable area of
110 000 m2 to 175 000 m2.
Phase 2 will be built on Ecred-owned land, comprising desert and partially developed land that is not being used for agricultural, commercial or other uses.
Phase 1 is already operational.
Value
The cost of Phase 1 and 2, including the land, is about $660-million.
Duration
Phase 2 is expected to be completed by August 2014.
