The MagBoost magnetic bearing centrifugal chiller is the latest generation of oil-free centrifugal chillers independently developed by Midea, featuring Midea’s core technologies.

The oil-free, high efficiency centrifugal compressor features core technologies such as the aerodynamic design, magnetic bearing control, micro-channel refrigerant-cooled VFD, and high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motors.

Aerodynamic design, making full-load operation more efficient; the magnetic bearings avoid friction, increasing partial load efficiency and providing a maximum IPLV of 11.5; the full series have AHRI certification.

Dual protection by the self-generation control mode and spare bearing, ensures safe operation under harsh conditions.

Horizontal back-to-back compression and a noise reducing structure minimizes the operating noise to 70 dB(A); full falling film evaporation technology reduces the refrigerant charge amount, providing a more environmentally friendly solution.

Let Midea’s MagBoost magnetic levitation technology help elevate the efficiency of your next solution!
