21st August 2019

Font size: - +

A lightweight pneumatic nail gun with a fine precision nose, has recently been launched.

The tool weighs 0.97 kg and has a rear exhaust for quieter operation. The swivel coupler plug allows for freedom of movement and lessens the load on the wrist.

The tool’s No-mar soft plastic nose tip aims to ensure that the finished surface is left with no dents, scratches or scuffs. It shoots 23 gauge headless pins and 23 gauge brad nails to a range of 12 mm to 35 mm, with a magazine of 100 pieces and pressure of 70 psi to 100 psi. In addition, it has a built-in belt hook for easy access.

The V1/23.35B Cadex pneumatic nailer is presented in a Systainer stacking case. The nail gun also comes with a magazine sight window and built-in air duster that allows dust to be blown away directly from the gun.

Safety mechanisms, such as an anti-dry fire mechanism, have been included in the design. The nail gun is seen as an ideal pinner for invisible fastenings in hardwoods.

The tool is distributed by Vermont Sales, as part of its range of pneumatic tools.
