Project Description
The 600 MW Kriegers Flak project will be Denmark’s largest offshore wind farm, supplying 600 000 Danish households with renewable energy. The 132 km2 area comprises three parts dedicated for wind power development in Germany, Sweden and Denmark. The wind farm will act like a ‘supergrid’, eventually being able to transmit renewable energy through power grids to all three countries.
