Project Description
The Jabi Lake Mall project is part of the Jabi Lakefront Master Plan proposal, which involves the development of 35 ha for hospitality, residential and commercial properties. The project includes the greenfield development of a mixed-use shopping mall in Jabi Lake, Abuja.

The mall will comprise two floors and 26 600 m2 of lettable space.

The project is estimated at $130.2-million.

The mall is expected to open its doors in 2015.
