Project description
The project will involve the development of an exclusive golf and casino complex on an island in the Seychelles. According to reports, plans for 144 luxury villas, 90 condominiums, a casino, a waterfront marina and a five-star hotel will ensure the resort will be low density.
The project will include the reclamation of about 60 ha from the sea to increase the size of the island, close to the island of Mahe, to accommodate the development. The resort will be linked to the island of Mahe by means of a causeway.
The project will be the largest investment in the Seychelles leisure industry.

The project is expected to get under way in February 2008, and is expected to be completed within four years.
