Project Description
The project involves three subprojects.

Subproject 1 is the Dabuqiao–Wanghengting section of the 2.7 km Hexi Xiangjiang river scenery belt, including flood-controlling landscape road engineering, floodwall repair and landscaping, as well as the auxiliary facilities and construction works that needed to be perfected after the shantytown renovation in the river belt.

Subproject 2 extends from the first waterworks to Lianshui, which is 6.19 km long, and a planned area of 98.57 ha.

Subproject 3 is the traffic optimisation of the first bridge in Hexi and comprehensive environmental improvement, including the construction of two ramps at the end of the bridge and comprehensive environmental improvement.
