Project Description
The project entails the design, supply and commissioning of a complete system for the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of nitrogen oxides, with additional catalyst beds for nitrous oxide and ammonia slip abatement.
The SCR system will be integrated into two existing nitric acid plants, each with a capacity of 240-million tonnes a day, which Haifa operates in Israel.
