Project Owner/s
The project is a joint venture between Scatec, the General Authority for SCZONE, The Sovereign Fund of Egypt, the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company, and the New and Renewable Energy Authority (NREA).

Project Description
The project entails developing a green ammonia facility producing one-million tonnes a year, with potential to expand to three-million tonnes a year. The green ammonia will mainly be exported to European and Asian markets, where demand for clean ammonia is increasing rapidly.
