JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – Triple-listed Giyani Gold is arranging a nonbrokered private placement of up to four-million common shares at a price of $0.05 apiece for gross proceeds of up to $200 000, it said on Wednesday.

The company said in a statetement that its management, directors and other “insiders” of Giyani intended to participate in the placement, the net proceeds of which would be used for general working capital purposes.

The placement was expected to close before March 30.
