JSE-listed information and communication technology group Gijima on Friday appointed Maphumuzana Nxumalo as COO, effective July 1.

Nxumalo was previously a VP for strategic business development at T-Systems, after holding the positions of SAP Africa COO and SAS Institute in Africa CEO.

Meanwhile, Bheki Khumalo had been appointed Gijima’s new human resources executive.
