Project Description
The project entails the construction of a new gasoline desulphurisation unit and two trains of cogeneration units, as well as the upgrade of the Singapore Refining Company’s existing refinery.
The new 26 000-barrels-per-stream-day desulphurisation unit, the two cogeneration units, each with a capacity of 36 MW, and the upgrade of the refinery are expected to enable production of petrol that meets Euro IV and V specifications through a more energy efficient operation.
